Shipping and Delivery Service

Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

Express orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed
on a business day by 11 am Pacific Standard Time (PST).
For Express, Delivery time is 3 business days during the week.  If it is ordered on Thursday, then most orders are processed on next Monday or Tuesday.  

Orders placed after 11 am PST will be processed on the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please do not include weekends and holiday when estimating your order's arrival date.

For Standard Delivery within the continental United States, Delivery time is 5-7 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, please allow 7-10 Business Days.

In case of shipment loss or damage we recommend adding insurance on your order,. Urban Burp is not responsible for lost shipments that are not insured.

International orders
We currently ship to Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Return Policy
All Sales are Final. 
  
Exceptions are below:

We will accept a return over continuous 20 yards within 30 days of purchase. 30% restocking fee will apply to all return items.  Anything cut, dyed, washed, used, stained or sewn fabric (any length less than 20 yards) is not returnable. The fabric must be returned in new and resale-able condition. 
Once your return is processed, you will receive an exchange or credit notification by email. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

Return will be credited at Urban Burp online store. You will be credited the entire purchase price of the item(s) and taxes where applicable, and minus any special order restocking fees.  

The shipping and handling charges will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error.

Please note that our products may show differences in color, texture or pattern placement that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products, so you may expect that there will be minor distinctions that will make your purchase unique.

Shipping Costs

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are calculated based upon the shipping weight of your order, the dimensions, your zip code and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during the checkout process. We do not seek to profit from shipping charges. The amount reflected at checkout is the amount calculated by USPS in real time based upon the factors mentioned above. If you are unable to see any shipping options with associated costs at checkout, the live link to USPS may be down or experiencing problems. Feel free to refresh your page to see if this resolves the issue. If not, please email us and we will give you the most reasonable way to ship along with insurance.  Urban Burp is not responsible for shipments with no insurance that are lost or damged.

Oversized Items

Oversized items that require additional shipping and handling charges will be indicated in the description of the item. These additional charges will be added with original request for shipping.

**Please note that all customers shipping to international destinations will be responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and fees applicable to shipments of merchandise to locations outside of the United States.**

These aforementioned duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the shipping charge paid as part of our normal check out process.
 

Payment

Currently Urban Burp accepts payment via MasterCard, Visa, AMEX, or Paypal. If you do not have a credit card, you may contact us directly to purchase products by check in US only. If you pay by check, we will wait for your check to clear before shipment of your item(s).
 

Delivery Time

For regular ground shipping, we generally ship most in-stock items within 24 hours, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember NOT to include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. See Shipping & Delivery Service.
 
   

Tracking Your Order

When we ship your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number as a reference to track your order at USPS If you have further questions about your order, please e-mail us at electra@urbanburp.com or call us at 415-399-8761. USPS Domestic/International Flat Rate boxes do not include a tracking.  Express Domestic/International does include tracking with insurance.

  

Shipping Addresses

During checkout, you have the option to select to send a package to the following addresses:
  • "Billing Address"—the same address as the billing address on your credit card. This information must be correct in order for your order to be processed.
  • "Shipping Address"—use as an alternate address for yourself or use this option to ship purchases to other locations, for example, gift recipients, etc.
 

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.  We ship overseas to the following countries; Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.
